1. Regular schedule for Sleeping: Make the regular schedule for sleeping on which time you want to take sleep.

To do this you will never feel some the tiredness and get your day with activeness.

2. Regular Exercise: This is very easy to said instead of done if you have the very busy day schedule. But if anybody takes exercise daily routine he never got the short of breath and heart racing during some climbing & flight of steps in your home and other places.

3. Nap the Eyes for 5-7 minutes in a day: For your mind renewing and freshness you should to close your eyes for 5-7 minute in day afternoon. Improve the reading and studying ability to do this task.


4. Include supplements and healthy drinks: We should always take the food and diets, that can meet the requirement of maximum body health. So we see the difference between avoiding nutritionary deficiencies and optimal functioning.
