"Nutrition" as a noun, the term has been the practice for the public to use, but it is not necessarily the exact definition of an accurate understanding.

Fourteen kinds of vitamins: Vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, vitamin B12, choline, biotin.
